Data protection

Data protection personal data

Insofar as there is the possibility to enter personal data, these will be treated confidentially and by complying with the regulations under data protection law. Personal data will only be collected and used insofar as necessary for the content-related design or processing of the respective contractual relationship. The user can request information at all times regarding the personal data stored relating to him. He can further request the deletion of the personal data relating to him if the contractual relationship has been processed in full and the storage of the data is not stipulated.

Data protection of non-personal data

With each access to a site, access data regarding this process are stored in a Log File. These are non-personal data; we can therefore not trace which user called which data. The following data record is specifically stored concerning each call:

  • the name of the called files,
  • the date and the time when the data was called,
  • the transmitted data volume,
  • the access status (file transmitted, file not found, etc.),
  • the site, from which the file was requested,
  • a description of the type of used web browser.

In conjunction with your access we receive use-related data, which are stored for statistical purposes and possibly permit an identification based on the IP address. No personal utilisation takes place.

Data protection

The operators of these sites take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in compliance with the statutory data protection regulations as well as this privacy statement.

As a rule it is possible to use our website without entering personal data. Insofar as personal data (for example name, address or e-mail addresses) are collected on our sites this is always carried out, as far as possible, on a voluntary basis. These data will not be forwarded to third parties without your explicit consent.

We would like to point out that the data transmission in the Internet (e.g. with communication by e-mail) may feature security gaps. A consistent protection of the data against the access by third parties is not possible.

In case you have any questions concerning the handling and processing of your personal data or any general questions concerning data protection, please contact our data protection officer who will also assist you if you have any complaints.
